Training MSMEs for cross-border ecommerce in South and Southeast Asia

Capacity-building and awareness workshops, trainings, and development of informational materials on cross border ecommerce opportunities via marketplace channels for merchants in the following countries: Indonesia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, India and Malaysia.
The capacity-building activities will focus on addressing market specific issues, developing know-how and knowledge of various ecommerce skills such as product listing, photography, listing best practices, and engaging in experiential learning through risk-free participation with a marketplace.
