The eTrade Alliance is a public-private partnership that is expected to achieve both social and commercial benefits, attracting additional participants and engaging with USAID Missions around the world.

 

To support this goals, the Alliance has created a Governing Council which will meet quarterly to review the Alliance’s work, monitoring plan, impact, and lessons-learned, while exploring new projects, approaches, and opportunities for collaboration among the private sector Leverage Partners.

 

The Governing Council will be comprised of up to 3 representatives from USAID, and up to 2 representatives from each of the Alliance's partners.
